If there is one thing I love it has to be tech and gadgets. With Payday around the corner I thought I’d share some of my favourite summer gadgets. Otherwise you can always whack these on your Christmas wishlist.
GoPro Hero 4k
Carrying around a DSLR all day can be strenuous, getting those perfect shots can be rewarding however investing in a GoPro is a must. If you’re an extreme sports enthusiast I’m sure you probably already own a GoPro, however what about the casual traveller?
First of all, GoPro’s are compact and extremely light. Not only that, the small camera delivers some of the best images. The GoPro 4 has incredible high-resolution 4k30 and 2.7K60 video combined with 1080p120 and 720p240 slow motion to enable stunning, immersive footage. The setting available for photos and video allow for full control of Colour, ISO limit, exposure and more. Add a waterproof casing, and you could be swimming with sharks!

SAMSUNG UE49KU6670 Smart 4k
Another purchase this summer, I knew it was time to invest in a 4k TV. At first I doubted whether I wanted to own a curved TV. However, after popping down to Curries to check the Samsung UE49KU6670 I was in love.
The TV boosts 4K Ultra HD, which means every image, is clearer than ever. 4K ultra is another way of saying that the resolution is 4times greater than HD. At first I thought that accessing 4K content would be complicated, however I soon found out that Netflix and Amazon Prime offer 4K content. The inbuilt Freeview and Freesat are a bonus. With the current price of 4K TVs having dropped massively you might want to consider upgrading.
Canon EOS 7D MK II Digital SLR Camera
I own a DSLR, but it really needs an upgrade. If you’re an avid photographer and wanting to upgrade your DSLR then make no mistakes the Canon EOS 7D MK II has all the strengths of its predecessors, and more.
I won’t go into the individual specs but the camera has a 20.2mp camera, with an ISO range of 100-16000 standards. The ability of being able to record at 1080p is certainly an added benefit. The only downside I can find with this beauty is that it weighs slightly more than the previous 7D range.
Panasonic SC-ALL9
I’ve got a few speakers, but they’re mainly for travelling – at home I use a sound bar. However, if you’re looking for a powerful set of speakers the Panasonic SC-ALL9 are highly recommended. The speakers are great for hosting a small gathering, to relaxing at home. The speakers allow you control music streaming from their personalised app, and has 2 Woofers, 2 tweeters and sub. You’re able to mount these speakers on your wall or move them around.
If you’re in doubt of which Bluetooth speakers’ will suit your apartment I’d highly recommend checking out these Panasonic Bluetooth Speakers.
